The short version
We store the minimum needed to run your calendar, we run no analytics or trackers, and we never sell or share your data. The free calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing.
What we store
- Your email address — used only to sign you in via magic links and, rarely, to contact you about the service.
- What you enter — compound names, vials, protocols, phases, dose logs, injection sites, settings. All of it is authored by you and visible only to you.
- A session cookie — so you stay signed in. No advertising or third-party cookies exist on this site.
What we deliberately don't do
- No analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your data with anyone.
- No advertising.
- Your compound names and doses never appear in logs, metrics, or emails.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Cloudflare (our hosting and database provider). Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend. Both act only as processors for the service.
Deletion
During the pilot: reply to any Orbitide sign-in email (or use the feedback box in the app) and ask — your account and everything in it will be permanently deleted, promptly and completely.
Pilot honesty
Orbitide is in an early pilot. We take care with your data (backups, least-privilege infrastructure), but you should treat the service as young. This policy will grow up alongside the product, and material changes will be posted here.
